Together we can work to eliminate any fears or anxieties you might be feeling about labour and caring for your newborn.
I believe that antenatal care should be affordable, stress-free and available to anybody who needs it, so flexible payment plans are available - please contact me to discuss in confidence.

Free consultation

Hypnobirthing in a nutshell
Spend one evening learning the basics of Hypnobirthing. This session lasts about 90 mins and can be held in your home or via FaceTime.
£120 in your own home or £85 if done via FaceTime.
Refresher evenings
Already had a baby? Done an online Hypnobirthing course? This refresher course lasts around 90 minutes and will go over the basics of hypnobirthing, birth hormones and physiology, relaxation and hypnosis, and can be tailored to meet your individual needs and concerns. It will include a Birth Debrief session to talk about your previous labour if you have already had a baby, and we will discuss your birth preferences for your upcoming birth experience. We can do this either in the comfort of your own home or via Skype/ FaceTime.
£120 if in your home, £85 if done via Skype or FaceTime.

One-to-One Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Course
This is a full and comprehensive antenatal hypnobirthing course, using KG Hypnobirthing techniques as used by such celebrities as Kate Middleton!
We will cover all aspects of labour and birth to ensure that you (and importantly - your birth partner!) are fully equipped with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions. The course can be split up into however many sessions you wish, to suit you. We organise the dates and times for the sessions upon payment.
The course also includes a complimentary Reiki session if requested (at the same time as one of the sessions)
These courses are usually held in your own home, but if in the current circumstances due to Coronavirus you would like these sessions to be done via Skype or FaceTime, this is also possible at a discounted rate and works extremely well!
One free Birth debrief session is included should you wish to have one. Ideally this is within the first two weeks postnatally.
You will also receive a KG hypnobirthing book.
The length of the course will vary as I alter each course to reflect your own specific needs.
£500 per course if in your own home (Price may vary if more than 15 minutes travel time per session is needed for me to cover travel expenses and time)

All the benefits of having Doula support through your pregnancy without having a Doula at your birth.
This includes:
• 2 Antenatal sessions or 4 Hypnobirthing sessions
• Support through your pregnancy over text/ WhatsApp/ phone (between hours of 7am to 10pm)
• Support in person during consultant appointments if needed
• Support via text/ WhatsApp/ Phone in early labour.
• 1 postnatal session
Can be changed to Birth Doula support if you decide you’d prefer that.
£650 without Hypnobirthing, £800 with Hypnobirthing - Price may vary if there is more than 25 minutes travel time, to cover my time and expenses. Payment plans are available

- Support throughout your whole labour - no matter where, when or length!
- 1 postnatal visit
- Breastfeeding counselling

Birth Doula plus Hynobirthing package
This Package will include:

- Full Hypnobirthing antenatal course
- Reiki (if requested)
- 28 days 'on call' care from 38-42 weeks (I will be ready to come over at any time day or night)
- Doula support throughout your labour, whatever the time of day/night or length of your labour and wherever you plan to birth.
- A postnatal visit
- Birth debrief
- Breastfeeding support if required
